My Current Workout

Switching up my workout plan! Here’s a custom developed plan that I’m using:

AM (daily): Fasted Cardio on a Peloton Bike or Elliptical at the highest resistance

PM Weight Lifting:

Sunday: Legs

Monday: Rest

Tuesday: Rest

Wednesday: Chest/Tris

Thursday: Back/Bicep

Friday: Rest

Saturday: Shoulder
